Abbie Cornish gets in some exercise as she hits the beach on the North Coast of Sydney, Australia on Thursday (December 23).

The 28-year-old Aussie actress looks like she’s recovering from an injury as she wore an ankle brace on her right leg.

Abbie has a big big big year ahead of her. She stars in the Madonna-directed flick, W.E. She also stars alongside Vanessa Hudgens in Sucker Punch and Bradley Cooper in Limitless.

The Script rocked out at this year’s Y100 Jingle Ball, and the Irish band caught up with JustJared.com after hitting the stage.

JJ: What number Jingle Ball was this for you?

TS: Jingle Ball number 1.

JJ: First one ever! Congratulations. What was the best present you got as a kid and one you never wanted but you never got?

TS: The best present I ever got was when I was 15 and I got my first drum kit. One that I wanted, but I never got, not sure — you go ahead [bandmate takes microphone] Best one I got was a computer, my very first computer. One that I wanted that I didn’t get was, I’m not sure. I really don’t know.

JJ: What do you want for Christmas this year?

TS: Time off. Time off would be nice.

JJ: For Santa, are you on the naughty or nice list this year?

TS: Naughty, I think I’m on the naughty list. We might be wanted in some states.

JJ: Do you have any favorite family traditions?

TS: Yeah - in our family, we usually don’t normally have turkey on Christmas - we have steak!

JJ: Do you cook yourself?

TS: Oh yeah, I’ve cooked for 2 years.

JJ: How about you?

TS: Our tradition is that the family meets up around 7 o’clock and have a big ‘Piss up’ is what we call it. On Christmas Eve we all hang out together, Christmas day we eat dinner together, drink, chill out, and play a bunch of board games together.

JJ: Do you guys have any favorite Christmas carols?

TS: Sometimes my friends would come around and we’d pull out the guitars and we’d have a big sing song. Then the neighbors would call and it’d turn out to be very late night and we’d have no voice the next day so we take a few days off - so that’ll probably happen again.

JJ: If you could design the ugliest Christmas sweater, what would you put on it?

TS: It’d probably have to be a puppy with a Santa hat with reindeer ears. Or Gollum with a Santa hat on and sticking on a Christmas jumper. Also with boxer shorts with a skull and a Santa hat on.

The 38-year-old actress was also joined by her mother-in-law Chris Affleck earlier in the day.

The 22-year-old actress covered up her face after working out with her younger sister Stella, just like she did earlier this week.

On Thursday, Van also stopped by her parents’ house after grabbing lunch at Burbank Fireplace and BBQ. She also did some last-minute Christmas shopping at Barneys New York.

Jay-Z squeezes in some last-minute shopping with a friend at the Hermes store on Friday (December 24) in New York City.

Next week, the 41-year-old rapper and wife Beyonce will head to Las Vegas, where he’s set to perform at the Cosmopolitan.

Jay-Z and Coldplay have each been paid up to $1 million to hit the stage in front of 2,500 invited guests for a New Year’s Eve bash at the hotel, the New York Post reports.

Coldplay lead singer Chris Martin is also reportedly bringing along wife Gwyneth Paltrow!

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt do some Christmas shopping at a mall on Thursday (December 23) in Windhoek, Namibia.

The 35-year-old actress left the store with Brad, 47, while pushing a cart full of toys.

Last week, Angie said the couple planned to “travel with the kids and go to a random part in the world.” Now we know where exactly they went!

Namibia is a special place for the Jolie-Pitts. Daughter Shiloh was born in the African country four years ago in the seaside town of Swakopmund.

Jessica Alba carries her adorable daughter Honor as they head to Trader Joe’s on Friday (December 24) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 29-year-old Little Fockers star brought along her mom and did some last-minute grocery shopping.

WHO WAS YOUR favorite music act in 2010?

Ginnifer Goodwin is engaged to fellow actor Joey Kern, JustJared.com has learned exclusively.

“Joey proposed to Ginnifer just the other day,” sources tell Just Jared. “She said yes without hesitation. They are very excited and enjoying this moment with family and friends.”

Joey, 34, and Ginnifer, 32, have been dating for nearly two years after being set up by a mutual friend. Congrats to the newly engaged couple!

You can catch Ginnifer on the small screen next year. The fifth and final season of HBO’s Big Love will kick off on January 16, 2011.

UPDATE: “We couldn’t be happier than to celebrate our engagement over the holidays with our families,” the couple confirms of their Fall 2011 wedding.

Matthew Morrison sports a mustache and soul patch in this new promo video about his forthcoming album, in stores February 2011.

Scarlett, 26, filed her divorce response at the same time.

Both listed December 14 as the date of their separation and neither is asking the court for spousal support.
