“I’m probably more protective than I’ve ever been now that I have children,” Matt recently told reporters at a press junket (via People).

“My wife’s nickname for me is ‘Red Alert.’ I sometimes check to see if the kids are breathing,” he added. “I tend to be a little overprotective without trying to be a helicopter parent.”

Lea Michele heads to a friend’s house during Labor Day weekend in Los Angeles on Sunday (September 4).

On fame: "The [Game of Thrones] books have got a huge following for a start, so when I first got the role a little over a year and a half ago, I suddenly started getting a lot of Facebook requests. There was a lot of attention, because my role is quite coveted. That was bizarre at first and very flattering, but it's not like I'm getting recognized on the street."

On Twitter: "The whole Twitter thing kind of passed me by. I wouldn't say I was a huge fan of Twitter. (Follow JustJared.com on Twitter @JaredEng and @JustJared!) At some point maybe I'll set myself up an account, but I haven't yet felt the need to. I find it more hassle than it's worth, for me, I think."

On meeting co-star Malcolm McDowell while filming 2012’s Silent Hill: Revelation: "I went for dinner with him. That was like a dream. He was one of the reasons I wanted to act. I watched If… and A Clockwork Orange over and over again when I was a kid. So having dinner with him was quite awe-inspiring."

On whether or not he has a girlfriend: "No comment!"

Guy Ritchie and model girlfriend Jacqui Ainsley reportedly welcomed a baby boy at London’s Portland hospital on Monday morning (September 5).

Guy, 42, and Jacqui, 29, “couldn’t be happier,” sources say. “They’ve been beaming all day and can’t wait to take him home.”

The 24-year-old Gossip Girl actress watched Serena Williams of the United States face off against Ana Ivanovic of Serbia during Day Eight of the tennis tournament. Serena won in straight sets — 6-3, 6-4.

Taylor Swift leaves a restaurant after having lunch with a friend on Sunday (September 4) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 21-year-old country star recently stopped by Google’s Mountain View, Calif., campus for an impromptu Q&A session with YouTube and Google staffers.

Taylor’s visit was part of a program called YouTube Presents, which brings fans live performances and interviews with their favorite artists.

When asked how she chooses which covers she’ll perform at a concert, Taylor shared, “I go online and just kind of Google what people - what famous musicians are from a certain area, and I just pick my favorites.”

“I’ve loved so many different kinds of music, and I’ve never really been genre-specific as far as what I listen to. It’s just me and my instrument. It’s a spontaneous part of the show,” she added.
