“They’re tying the knot on 10.10.10 in Ojai, California,” sources tell JustJared.com exclusively. “All of their family and friends are going to be there including Geoff Stults, Stacy Keibler, and Dave’s co-stars Matthew Rhys (best man) and Luke MacFarlane. It’s a happy time for everyone!”

Dave, 31, proposed to Odette, 25, over Valentine’s Day weekend in Santa Barbara — the place they fell in love!

“I surprised her with her parents and my parents after [the proposal],” Dave has said. “We went to the [hotel] restaurant…and our parents were there waiting. It was pretty rad! She was very surprised."

Congrats you two!!! So happy for you guys.

UPDATE: Dave (in DKNY) and Odette (in Monique Lhuillier) walked down the aisle to the tune of “All You Need Is Love” by The Beatles. Dave’s co-star Ron Rifkin officiated the ceremony.

E! caught up with Ellen earlier in the week, and she dished on the possibility of a baby for Mer and Der this season on Grey’s Anatomy.

“There probably won’t be a baby this season, for sure,” she said. “It’s hard to shoot babies and deal with babies on shows, so I don’t know that we’ll ever actually see a baby, but I think Derek and Meredith are going to continue to go through their struggles about being a couple and working together and all of that.”

Ben Harper has filed for divorce from wife Laura Dern.

The 40-year-old two-time Grammy winner cited irreconcilable differences in his divorce papers and is asking the court not to grant Laura spousal support, according to TMZ.

Ben says the two have been separated since January, but sources close to the couple tell TMZ that Laura has been living and traveling with Ben throughout the year.

The couple married in 2005 and has two children together - Ellery, 9, and Jaya, 5.

The Social Network has taken the top spot at the box office for the second week in a row!

The film took in $15.5 million dollars (for a total of $46 mil between the two week) and claimed the #1 spot.

Coming in second was Katherine Heigl and Josh Duhamel’s Life As We Know It, which brought in $14.6 million.

In third was horse racing film Secretariat, with $12.6 million, followed by Legends Of The Guardian and My Soul To Take.

Jennifer Hudson and Elton John sandwich in her son, David Otunga, Jr., at the Andre Agassi Foundation for Education’s 15th Grand Slam for Children benefit concert held at the Wynn Las Vegas on Saturday (October 9) in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The 29-year-old entertainer (in Michael Kors) performed “And I Am Telling You I’m Not Going” at the event, which raised funds to improve education for kids in need in the Las Vegas area.

Also pictured inside is Jason Mraz, who performed his hit “I’m Yours” at the event.

Daniel Craig suits up and heads to the set of his new movie, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, on Sunday (October 10) in Stockholm, Sweden.

The 42-year-old British actor plays journalist Mikael Blomkvist, who teams up with a pierced and tattooed hacker (Rooney Mara) to solve a pending murder case. In one scene, Daniel was seen talking to reporters outside of the Stockholms Tingsrätt building.

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo is being directed by David Fincher, who most recently helmed the critically-acclaimed Facebook movie, The Social Network.

Rumer Willis spends some quality time with new Glee hunk Chord Overstreet at “An Evening Affair” held at Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane’s house on Saturday (October 9) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

At the event presented by Night Vision, Rumer, 22, and Chord, 21, seemed quite friendly and were seen holding hands with each other. So cute!

Last week, the rumored new couple was seen partying together in Las Vegas.

FYI: Rumer was last romantically linked to actor Micah Alberti. Chord previously dated Dallas Lovato, the older sister of Demi.
