Drew Barrymore shows off her crazy new hair do while promoting her directorial debut, Whip It, on Wednesday (September 9) in Boston, Mass.

The 34-year-old actress dipped her hair in black dye so that all of her tips were dyed black. You like???

Drew met with local teens and college students, handed out posters, signed autographs and took photos with fans. Several local roller derby girls and teams were also present.

It was announced earlier today that Drew will be hosting Saturday Night Live on October 10.

Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine is dating model Angela Bellotte, JustJared.com can exclusively reveal.

The couple was spotted catching a departing flight to NYC via LAX airport in Los Angeles on Tuesday (September 8). A few weeks ago, Adam and Angela were spotted holding hands in the Big Apple.

While sucking on his lollipop at the airport, Adam tweeted, “Heading back to NYC. Then Switzerland again to put the finishing touches on the record, including a brand new one. Number 13!”

True Blood hunk Ryan Kwanten poses with bikini-clad club dancers after hosting The Pool After Dark party at Harrah’s Resort on Saturday (September 5) in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

The 32-year-old Aussie actor was also seen at the grand opening of Katsuya L.A. Live on Wednesday (September 9). Sam Nazarian, Katsuya Uechi and Derek Fisher hosted the event in support of After-School All-Stars.

Edward Norton is training for the New York Marathon, which will benefit the Maasai Wilderness Conservation Trust (they support the preservation of the Maasai tribal lands of East Africa).

The 40-year-old actor met the charity’s founder Luca Belpietro tens years ago during his first trip to Kenya. “I was impressed at the way he was really genuinely working with the community to create value out of being good stewards of the land,” Norton told CNN.

Is Penelope Cruz trying to dispel pregnancy rumors by taking up smoking again?

It was reported back in July that the 35-year-old Spanish actress quit smoking. Last month, Penelope was confirmed as pregnant (although her reps have yet to confirm the news).

On Wednesday (September 9), Penelope and BFF Salma Hayek, who has a 23-month-old daughter Valentina, were seen smoking Parliament cigarettes with two other gal pals at Chateau Marmont hotel in Hollywood.

The 38-year-old actor allowed the mag to travel with him to India, where he entertained Indian schoolchildren by squatting down and singing to them. He sang, “This is the way we go to the toilet, go to the toilet, go the toilet, early in the morning…”

Matt was in India with the charity Water.org, which delivers water solutions to the world's poor.

Matt’s new movie The Informant! opens in theaters everywhere on Friday, September 18.

Jennifer Garner makes a trip to Capitol Hill, Washington D.C. on Wednesday (September 9) to help Senator Ben Nelson and Representative Steny Hoyer introduce a new education bill that will expand the number of full-service community schools across the country.

The 37-year-old Alias star has been serving as an Artist Ambassador for Save the Children. Recently Jen called for $2 billion in additional funding from President Obama and Congress.

At the Capitol Hill event, Senator Nelson cracked, “I know a lot of you have come in here to see 'Bennifer.’ I’m not the ‘Ben.’”

Laughing along, Jen responded, “That was a really bad joke.”

Drew sounded off on her Whip It! costar: “Ellen has such a beautiful body, and I personally battled with my own body image for years. I used to tell myself, ;You can’t wear anything sleeveless or strapless.; And all of a sudden I was like, ;What if I just didn’t send such negative messages to my brain and said, wear it and enjoy it?; And now I’m more comfortable in clothes than ever.”

Drew added, “She was in her frickin’ bra and with an open jacket and hot-pink shorts, skating around the rink with red lips and… and she was sexy as a mother…. a feral creature. It was great. And it’s so screwed up for girls to think, Oh because I don’t have that cookie-cutter model body, it must mean I don’t have the right body shape. And I love model bodies, but I just want women to embrace several body shapes. That’s the thing I love about derby. It’s really welcoming.”

Ellen and Drew’s upcoming roller derby film Whip It! opens on Friday, October 2.

Hugh Jackman and Daniel Craig’s faces are fused together in this exclusive artwork for new play A Steady Rain.

The pair gave their first preview performance last night (September 9) for friends and family at New York City’s Gerald Schoenfeld theater. Deborra-Lee Furness was spotted cheering on her husband in the audience but Daniel’s girlfriend Satsuki Mitchell seemed to be M.I.A. After the show, Daniel and Hugh signed autographs and took pictures with fans outside the stage door.

JustJared.com was lucky enough to snag tickets to last night’s two-man show, about two Chicago cops whose lifelong friendship is put to the test when they become involved in a domestic dispute.

The stage was simple: two actors, two chairs, two light fixtures hanging above them, and a black backdrop. There was no trace of James Bond under Daniel’s mustache and completely convincing Chicago accent. And Hugh gave an extremely emotional performance while delivering his heart-wrenching tale. (He also delivered plenty of eye candy in his skin-tight polo. Daniel was dressed in a suit the entire time.)

Joshua Jackson grabs tight of his Fringe co-star Anna Torv on the latest cover of Entertainment Weekly.

Joshua says, "This [show] has been the total opposite of my Dawson's Creek experience." Unlike the teen soap that was an instant hit when it debuted in 1998, "Fringe has taken a while for the show to percolate in the pop culture. I would never complain about being on a show with the words J.J. Abrams above the title, but the expectations were impossibly high."

The second season of Fringe kicks off on Thursday, September 17 @ 9PM ET/PT on FOX.

Katherine Heigl talks all about her decision to adopt in a sit-down interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, airing on Friday (September 11). Here’s what the 30-year-old Grey’s Anatomy actress shared about 10-month-old baby Naleigh (a mix of her mom and sister’s names, Nancy and Leigh):

On Naleigh, who was born in Korea: “She was actually born the day before me in November which I thought was really serendipitous and just kind of like a sign. I realized just recently that I basically forfeited my birthday for the rest of my life.”

On how she got to adopt so quickly: “She is a special needs baby and because of that it all moved so much faster. They wanted to get her to us as quickly as possible.”

On her decision to adopt this way: “It’s been a big part of my life and my family. My sister is Korean and my parents adopted her back in the 70s and so I just always knew that this is something I wanted to do.”

On her husband, musician Josh Kelley: “I just wanted to make sure that I was marrying a guy who understands that this was going to have to happen. So about a year ago is when we said, ‘OK, let’s start the process,’ and the process is intense. It’s different but it isn’t, do you know what I mean? It’s just as intense I’m sure to have a baby biologically because you’re going through the whole physical sort of thing of it.”

Miley Cyrus is set to appear in a scene of the sequel to the super successful movie Sex and the City, according to a filming schedule obtained by Life & Style.

One day of shooting (Friday, October 16) has been carved out for her, according to the schedule.

“They’ve asked her,” says an insider. “But she hasn’t confirmed. Right now, they’re just holding the space for her.”
