The 28-year-old hotel heiress recently had a small victory in a legal tussle with Hallmark cards. Paris is seeking damages of at least $100,000 for one of Hallmark’s cards where a picture of Paris‘ head was superimposed on a cartoon waitress’ body. She is accusing Hallmark of invasion of privacy as well as commercial appropriation of identity. The appeals court ordered the suit to proceed despite Hallmark’s request to dismiss.

German mega-band Tokio Hotel leave their hotel in Paris, France on Thursday (September 3) to have dinner at Findi restaurant on Avenue George V.

Tokio Hotel rented out the entire Heide Park Soltau amusement park for twins Bill and Tom’s 20th birthdays (their actual birthday was on September 1).

Tom told Seventeen, “We didn’t miss a single ride: rollercoaster, wild water rides and anything that was spinning. This has always been one of our childhood dreams, to have an amusement park just for ourselves. No long lines, no waiting and we can get on the rollercoasters as often as we want. That’s what we’ve been dreaming about since we were young. It was so freakin’ amazing.”

Cleveland Cavaliers center Shaquille O’Neal (pictured below) has a new reality show called Shaq Vs., which challenges numerous top athletes in their own sports.

In these pictures, Shaq challenges 14-time Gold Medal Olympian and World Swimming Champion Michael Phelps in a series of swimming races before a “standing room only” crowd at Mangione Aquatic Center at Loyola University, Maryland.

Shaq’s nickname is “Shaq-mu” — like the whale Shamu, get it?

Michael Jackson is laid to rest in a private ceremony of 200 guests at the Glendale Forest Lawn Memorial Park on Thursday (September 3), ten weeks after his sudden death.

Michael’s family, including his mother Katherine and father Joe, his siblings, and his three children Prince Michael, Paris, and Prince Michael II, also known as Blanket, were driven to the memorial park in a fleet of Rolls Royce limousines, arriving over an hour late for the planned 7pm start.

The king of pop’s close friends including Macaulay Culkin and his girlfriend Mila Kunis, actor Chris Tucker, and Elizabeth Taylor attended the outdoor ceremony. Jackson’s ex-wife Lisa Marie Presley also turned out to honor her late former husband.
