Former Desperate Housewives star Nicollette Sheridan has sued ABC, ABC Studios, Touchstone Television and series creator Marc Cherry for $20 million!!!

The 46-year-old actress claims that she was struck on the head by Marc and fired when she complained about it.

“On September 24, 2008, during a rehearsal for the show, when Sheridan questioned Cherry about something that was in the script, Cherry took her aside and forcefully hit her with his hand across her face and head,” Nicolette says in her complaint via THR. “[I was] physically and emotionally injured, humiliated and stunned by Cherry’s sudden physical violence and stated, ‘you just hit me in the head, that is not okay. THAT IS NOT OKAY!’ ”

Nicolette continued, “After an incident where Sheridan’s co-star on the show Teri Hatcher went above Cherry’s head to speak to ABC executives, Cherry told Sheridan, ‘I hope Teri Hatcher gets hit by a car and dies.’ ”

ABC has responded, saying, "While we have yet to see the actual complaint, we investigated similar claims made by Ms. Sheridan last year and found them to be without merit."

Wow, this lawsuit seems like it’s straight off the script of Desperate Housewives!

On signing on for Parenthood: “You make a list of all the things you want, but what you really want is to fall in love with somebody. You want a good partnership with a writer who is a good storyteller and can write for you. After I read the pilot, I felt this show is something I could spend years on and feel challenged and represented.”

On her masculine side: "I have too much of one! People have sometimes told my grandmother, 'Your niece has a bit of lesbianism in her.' It's that my sisters and I spent all our time amongst men. We were very popular with them. Our way of thinking is very masculine."

But what about her feminine side?: "If you want to punish me, send me to get a manicure or pedicure, or dress me in a skirt or shorts, and I would die. But if you dress me in jeans and a button down blouse I feel very sexy, feminine and powerful. It has to do with my personality. Aida Prljaca, the spokeswoman for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Sarajevo, said the couple arrived on Sunday night (after the family’s Easter egg hunt in Italy).

According to The Associated Press, Brad and Angie hope to “spotlight the plight of 117,000 people who have not able to return to their homes, even though the Bosnia war ended 15 years ago.”

Angie has been filming The Tourist with Johnny Depp in Italy.
