On his character, crime novelist Richard Castle: "He's got some money and nice tastes. He's not an a–hole, but he is a bit of a prick."

On how his fan bases differ: "Castle fans - I'll say 75 percent of the time - are women, and they light up. They go [eyes and mouth open]. They get really excited. Firefly fans will see me, do a double take, stop, nod, and say, 'Captain' with an air of 'I know what you've been through. I've been there too.' A guy did it to me in a furniture store the other day. I was walking by, and he saw me, stopped, stood up straight, and said, 'Captain,' and I nodded and said, 'As you were.' "

On staying true to his inner geek: "It's easy to keep the geek fan base stoked by simply remaining true to the inner geek. I just continue to be excited by the things I am excited by. I love sci-fi. I love computer games. I love technology. I like flashlights that are really small but really bright. If it has buttons, batteries, performs some kind of unusual function - yeah, I got it. I want it."

“Day 1 of the #TTWE Videoshoot. Just wrapped my first big dance number,” the 29-year-old pop singer tweeted. “Taking a well deserved break people!”

The video is being directed by Ray Kay, who also did helmed Willow Smith’s “Whip My Hair.” The track was written by pop phenom Ke$ha and produced by Dr. Luke, Max Martin, and Billboard.

The 22-year-old actress recently expressed how much she enjoyed filming her latest movie, Sucker Punch.

“What actress wouldn’t want to do it? “It’s not me trying to push aside everything else that people know me as. It’s just that this is an incredible project that I wanted to be a part of,” Vanessa said. “It’s been a ride. I’ve learned so much from this film. It’s been really cool.”

Sucker Punch is set to hit theaters on Friday (March 25)!

Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus will no longer be getting divorced.

The 49-year-old entertainer and father of Miley Cyrus revealed the news on The View scheduled to air tomorrow!

“I’ve dropped the divorce,” Billy said during the interview. “I want to put my family back together, things are the best they’ve ever been.”

The couple cited irreconcilable differences in divorce papers filed back in October in Tennessee.

“I feel like I got my Miley back in a way,” he added. “I feel like we are the daddy and daughter that we were before Hannah Montana happened.”

Ashley Greene steps out with Kings of Leon bassist Jared Followill after spending some time at a bar with her dad Joe on Thursday (March 17) in New York City.

The 49-year-old actor is both starring in and directing the film! George also co-wrote the screenplay, which is based on the play Farragut North by Beau Willimon.

Jennifer Lawrence has scored the lead role in the big screen adaptation of Suzanne Collins' The Hunger Games, JustJared.com can confirm.

The 20-year-old Academy Award nominated actress will play Katniss Everdeen, a young woman who joins a fight-to-the-death contest to save her community.

The film will be directed by Gary Ross (Seabiscuit, Pleasantville) and produced by Lionsgate with Nina Jacobson's Color Force.

The Hunger Games is set for a March 23, 2012 release.

This summer, Jennifer will star as shape shifter Mystique in Matthew Vaughn's X Men: First Class and in The Beaver directed by Jodie Foster.

Michael Gough died at age 94 on Thursday (March 17) in his home in England surrounded by family.

The British actor is best known for playing Bruce Wayne’s butler Alfred opposite three different Batmans: Michael Keaton, Val Kilmer, and George Clooney.

Taylor Swift has joined the cast of Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax, a CGI-animated adaptation of the book by the same name.

Also lending their voices to the film are Betty White, Ed Helms, and Rob Riggle.

Mel Gibson’s mug shot has been released.

The 55-year-old actor had his booking photo and thumb prints taken last night after pleading no contest to simple battery last week, TMZ reports.

Mel was charged for misdemeanor battery against his ex-girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, and was sentenced to 16 hours of community service and a year of counseling.

Mel will also be under informal probation for 36 months.

Sandra Bullock looks upbeat as she heads out to run errands on Wednesday (March 16) in New York City.

The 46-year-old actress has donated $1 million to the Red Cross to support tsunami relief efforts in Japan!

“The American Red Cross is extremely grateful for this generous support from Sandra Bullock and her family,” the organization said in a statement. “This contribution is vitally important as the Red Cross works to provide critical assistance and essential relief items in this time of urgent need for so many people in Japan.”

Sandra also donated $1 million to Doctors Without Borders to benefit Haitian relief efforts after the 2010 earthquake.

Orlando Bloom wears a blonde wig as he makes an appearance on the popular Spanish TV show El Hormiguero on an episode airing Wednesday (March 16) in Madrid, Spain.
