Halle Berry heads to Kinara Spa for a few beauty treatments on Friday (July 23) in Los Angeles.

The 42-year-old actress will play herself in an upcoming 2011 episode of The Simpsons. According to EW, Halle will “present a trophy at the Academy Awards, which features Bart and Homer as nominees for their animated short that's based on Bart's cartoon webseries Angry Dad.”

Paul Rudd will also star in a different ep as Dr. Zander, a therapist who teaches Homer during a “fathering enrichment class.”

M. Night Shymalan didn’t hold back when he addressed a reporter in Mexico City at a Last Airbender press conference earlier this week.

After the reporter asked if Night felt like he was trying to win his audience back after they’d lost faith in his work, he retorted, “I think if I thought like you I’d kill myself.”

“Everything you said is the opposite of my instinct as an artist,” Night added. “The way you just thought, I literally would kill myself.”

The 39-year-old director, who cited massive success in France, Spain and Japan, continued, “I’ve literally turned down more money in my life to do things because I just don’t believe in it.”

MTV and The CW are the homes to the most gay-friendly programming, according to GLAAD!

The organization selected MTV as the top network to include LGBT characters or issues in its lineup of programming. Coming in last in the race was CBS, which took a “failing” rating for the second year in a row.

“From their inception, MTV programs like The Real World and America’s Best Dance Crew have offered richly diverse portrayals of gay and transgender people that help Americans better understand and accept our community,” GLAAD President Jarrett Barrios said (via TV Guide).

Hollywood publicist Howard Bragman (also known as the “Coming Out Guru”) is reportedly developing a show with A&E on the stories of public features coming out! Howard recently help guide country singer Chely Wright into a public life out of the closet.
