Eliza Dushku and boyfriend Rick Fox make a cute couple at the Breeders’ Cup Winners Circle Event in Los Angeles on Thursday (November 5).

The 28-year-old actress supported Breeders’ Cup Charities, which teamed up with the V Foundation for Cancer Research this year.

“Had a blast!” Eliza tweeted after the event. “L.A Live, ESPN Zone w/Grey Goose sponsoring a good time, while DOING good on numerous fronts! Feels right.”

Katharine McPhee looks incredible at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards in New York City on Monday (November 9).

The 25-year-old singer recently signed on to the cast of Kaleidoscope, the Salt Lake Tribune reported.

Kat will star in a Thanksgiving Day special that will bring together “figure skating champions, recording artists, cancer survivors and health advocates to recognize women and the key role they play in the battle against cancer – as patients, caregivers and advocates.”

She’ll join skaters Scott Hamilton, Kristi Yamaguchi, Nancy Kerrigan and fellow Idol runner-up David Archuleta on the special.

James Franco is getting excited about his General Hospital gig!

The 31-year-old actor spoke with New York magazine about his GH role, what he filmed on Monday and how soaps are different from movies…

On a cameo he filmed: “I was filming 30 Rock today. It was very fun. I worked with Tina Fey a little bit over the summer on the movie Date Night….I play myself but a very strange version.”

On what filming a soap’s like: “They gave me a script for the day that was as thick as a film script and that’s what we planned to shoot in a single day. No ad-libbing.

“If I needed it, they said they had a TelePrompTer, but the regulars didn’t use it so I didn’t want to use it, either.”

On the difference between soaps and movies: “[Y]ou do one take. They’re going for one take because they have about four cameras for each setup.

“It’s one take: You do the whole scene and then you’re on to the next. That’s three or four pages in a moment.”

The infamous mother of 8 will be spending Christmas with none other than Jon! He recently told Popeater, “Christmas Eve and Christmas day are joint-shared custody days, which means we're both in the house. So we'll be there! I haven't started my Christmas shopping yet. Don't put pressure on me! It will probably be all Internet-based this year, pre-wrapped. You know, I'm a guy, when there's free gift wrap, I'm like, 'Yeah, yes please!'"

John Travolta, his wife Kelly Preston, and their 9-year-old daughter Ella Bleu arrive at the premiere of Walt Disney Pictures’ Old Dogs at the El Capitan Theater on Monday (November 9) in Los Angeles.

John, 55, and Kelly, 47, who also star in the movie, are making their first public appearance from relative seclusion since their son Jett’s death. They showed their support for Ella who makes her acting debut in the comedy about two business partners placed in the care of 7-year-old twins.

In a recent interview, John shared with USA Today how the family is coping.

“We’ve been working very hard every day as a family to heal,” John said. “We have our own way of doing it, and it has been helping.”

“We decided it was OK to come out and promote, to introduce [Ella] to the world and to give her a beautiful future in film,” John continued at a round table discussion. 20+ pictures inside…

Celine Dion is no longer pregnant, according to a source close to the singer and her husband René Angélil.

“While she and Rene are actively trying for a baby, she is not currently expecting,” the friend revealed to In Touch Weekly.

In mid-August, Celine, 41, and René, 67, conceived with the help of fertility doctors in New York. The couple’s publicist announced the pregnancy news sharing that “They are crazy in love over the news.”

The couple already has a son, René-Charles, 8.

Shakira shows off her dreadlocks as she attends the Rolling Stone cover and release party for her new album “She Wolf” at The Bowery Hotel on Monday (November 9).

At the party, the 32-year-old Colombian singer was seen laughing hard after watching an SNL skit where host Taylor Swift impersonates her in a fake commercial.

“She Wolf” is Shakira’s third English studio album and will be available on November 23rd. The new album features collaborations with Lil Wayne and Timbaland.

Here’s what he had to say about TNT, how he found out Southland was canceled and his Halloween costume…

On learning of Southland’s cancellation: “We were ’sposed to premiere on NBC October 23 - we were on set shooting, I was making plans to go to New York with my publicist and the producers came to the set and said ‘We’re canceled!’

On being thankful for a second shot: “TNT’s a great network and we’re excited about it…..It’s very rare that a network show gets to have a second airing - we’re very grateful for that.”

On his Halloween costume: “I went as Jay Leno! He kind of canceled our show, so I thought…[I wore] The Jay Leno mask, jeans shirt and jeans that Jay Leno wears when he’s not in the suit.”

Southland will begin airing on TNT January 12 (Tuesday) at 10/9c!

Twilight star Christian Serratos bares all for a new PETA ad against wearing fur.

The 19-year-old actress, who previously posed for PETA’s “Save the Seals” campaign, spoke about her views on animal rights.

“I’ve always been opposed to slaughtering, eating, wearing carcass,” Christian shared. “It’s always been gross to me.”

“As soon as I could [pose for PETA], I wanted to do it,” she said.

Tom Cruise pays his wife Katie Holmes a visit on the set of her new movie, The Romantics, in Long Island, New York on Tuesday afternoon (November 10).

The couple took a romantic walk together, strolling hand-in-hand during a film break.

The Romantics is a romantic comedy centering around eight college pals who reunite for the wedding of Anna Paquin’s character. Katie plays the maid of honor who was romantically involved with the groom (Josh Duhamel).

Despite reports that Eddie, 36, hasn’t been faithful to LeAnn, 27, they look happy together.

Eddie’s manager called the reports of unfaithful behavior “irresponsible and reckless journalism” and said that Eddie plans to file a libel suit.

A concertgoer told X17 that LeAnn and Eddie showed their affection at the show - “They were laughing, telling stories and smiling non-stop. These two looked totally in love!"”

After drawing in fewer than 5 million viewers per night, ABC will not be ordering more episodes of the supernatural comedy Eastwick.

The freshmen show, which stars Rebecca Romjin, Lindsay Price, and Jaime Ray Newman, brought a new twist on the hit 1987 movie and book by John Updike, The Witches of Eastwick.

According to THR, Eastwick will finish production on 13 episodes and will air its final episodes on ABC in the usual Wednesday night time slot.
